InactiveDear Sirs,
I have a problem, B5 cylinder ignition problem.
first start, the exhaust temperature increase but after <span style=”font-family: Roboto, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; text-indent: -28px;”>synchronization there isn’t any ignition and decrease and shutdown. ı changed everythign, ignition module, ccm, mcm, ignition coil with cable, wcd, check the cable after ignition module and supply cable, pcc, prechamber, main gas valve with solenoid, check cam shaft, changed phase sensor (primary and secondary), but ı don’t fix the problem. What is your suggestion, what is your thought about this situation?
Thank you and regards,
Şener ŞENTÜRK

Inactiveand also changed pdm (24 VDC) with checked cable.

InactiveDid you try changing the exhaust gas temperature sensor for that sensor. Maybe check the fuses on the CIB or change the CIB with new. Check the back of CIB board for any long soldering points touching CIB.

InactiveHave to tried changing or swapping the exhaust thermocouple?

InactiveLook at your trends to see if your PCC natural gas pressure is following the PCC control pressure. I have seen an issue with a single cylinder going cold for low PCC supply pressure. Depend on which gas control skid you have it could be a I/P or valve controller out of calibration.

InactiveDear Stanley,
we changed the exh sensor with new one but it didn’t matter.
also ı changed peak sensor and knock sensors with new one.
our engine type, unic.
and ccm-20 ı used. cıb is a control interface in ccm, but we changed with new one.

InactiveDear MPrindle,
ı checked the pcc gas pressure and it cathced the pcc reference gas pressure. whatever, ı changed the pcc gas regulator I/P converter and regulator valve with new one about 1.5 months ago. first time it was going well but anyway the failure was started 1 week after… (ı checked the calibration of new I/P converter, it was ok)

Inactive<p style=”text-align: left;”>Try changing the prechamber and head. You might have a small HT leak.

InactiveDear CStanley,
I changed the cylinder head and prechamber with new gasket and new set. and ı increased the HT water pressure abot 4.5 bar when engine stopped, and I remove the spark plug and peak pressure sensor. after ı pushed the start solenoid, and there was not any water leakage. I think there was a problem about ignition timing or after ignition module cable to ignition coil, there was a short circuit maybe. ı checked it tonight. what do you think?

InactiveHad very similar problem with 18V. Always shut down at about 1MW load. Missing O ring between PCC and head.

InactiveDear EClary,
Now I am changing Pcc and Prechamber with new one.
yeah, you are right, it always shutdown about 1 MW load.
