Compact Gas Ramp

We have had issues over the years with the main gas shut off valves, on the compact gas ramp, failing on the gas test prior to start up. They only ever leak slightly, and it is an intermittent issue. They may fail 5 times in a row, and then pass the next 10. Or they may fail every second time. It also seems to jump between the first and second shut off valves that have issues. We have replaced the valves multiple times over the years, but a new valve seems to act very similar, in very short time. Has anyone had experience with a similar issue, or does anyone know of different options for seat material, to maybe help with our issue?

We had similar issue and replace the 2nd shut off valve for a latest design, also, we are testing one that has a 10mm hole to equalize pressure in one engine that is performing good also. So far we don’t have this issue any more.
