We’ve received a quote from Motor Services Hugo Stamp to utilize the FusionCast method to repair a cracked head we sent them for evaluation.  Does anyone have experience with this process, and if so, how long has the repaired head been in service?  Our crack is in the intake port divider (tenon?) where the port splits into two flow paths.  We’ve had two heads crack in the same location.

    Thanks for any feedback,

We’ve had some cyl head repairs made in the past by an outfit in the UK, I believe we sent them a whole engine set (16 heads) for various repairs.
