Prechamber Pressure Testing Tool

Has anyone else purchased the recently released Wartsila prechamber pressure testing tool? (Wartsila Part #847022)

We just received it and tested 6 of our spare prechambers, and all of them failed.  We are quite concerned that we may have a large number of “leaking” prechambers currently installed on our 5 engines.

At first we thought it might be the pilot valve seat that is allowing pressure to leak by, but now we are leaning towards the copper crush washer as the culprit.

Curious if anyone else has tested any of their prechambers and the results they’ve found.

We have it, we do not completely trust the results, you can take the pre-chamber out and re-install it and it may pass. We have actually had a hose fabricated to test the pre-chambers right in the engine before condemning them and that has worked better than anything else to date.
