We continue to experience failures of various types; fail to start, start but won’t sync to the grid, etc.. No alarms that indicates that there is a communication issue, just various failures that don’t seem to make any sense. Each time a reboot of the UNIC cures the issue. Richard you mentioned issues with the network switches, and that Josh had Siemens diagnostic software that resolved the issues. Can you elaborate on the Siemens diagnostic software? What changes were made to the switches, or was the switch replaced? Should all of the Wartsila controls guys have access to this diagnostic software? I have a Wartsila controls guy onsite today, and I would like to address this issue while he is here.
